We are excited to anounce that the Winter Burnoff in Des Plaines, Illinois will take place once again this year. It will be held in February 18, 2007.

The entry fee is $50.00. Checks can be made payable to:

Please be sure to include your team name, the pit boss' name, address and phone number. The $50.00 entry includes one entry in all three categories (chicken, ribs and sausage)
